With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to work with us on a project in Ireland.Responsibilities:Provide full support in managing contracts by ensuring smooth administration during the construction phase and effective transition into operational phases of the projectLead contract administration for construction and operational phases, ensuring compliance and smooth transitionsManage Consultancy and Advisor Contracts, fulfilling all contractual obligations efficientlyMaintain and oversee contract manuals, processes, and procedures for claims, meetings, and communications, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issuesOrganise and maintain accurate contract filing and documentation systems for easy reference and auditOversee financial management operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and meticulous record-keepingSelect and implement contract administration systems (e.g., CEMAR) during procurementIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks during construction and operational phasesPerform other duties as required by the roleQualifications:Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years of contract administration experience and at least 5 years' experience leading contract administration activities across the project lifecycle of high value metro rail projectsAt least Bachelor degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business or a related fieldMaster's degree (M.Sc.) in a related field would be advantageousExperience managing large Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contractsSkilled in administering contracts, with particular expertise in the NEC suiteProven history of handling commercial agreements, demonstrating legal awareness of contract risks, and drafting complex, bespoke contract terms for supplies, services, and framework agreementsDemonstrated ability to drive best practice across technical activities, processes, policies, and standardsDeep understanding of the design and delivery requirements for complex projects in architecture, engineering, and constructionSkilled at engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels to improve processes and provide guidance for project delivery and reportingKnowledge of quality management and process improvement systems, preferably within the construction industryNEC RegChartered member of a relevant professional body, e.g. Chartered Engineer (MICE, IEI or equivalent) or Chartered Quantity Surveyor (SCSI / RICS)Proven skill in managing contractor relationships at both executive and operational levels.Demonstrated ability to oversee technical deliverables and drive process efficiency.Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.Strong governance and outcome-driven approach to consistently deliver high-quality service.Benefits:We're strong believers in continual training and development for our people.
