Credit Agricole Creditor Insurance (CACI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the risk management framework and internal control systems effectively.
This role will support the Chief Risk Officer, the Operational Risk Officer, and the Senior Risk Manager in managing operational, investment, and underwriting risks.
Responsibilities include:
* Comprehensive identification and assessment of risks in accordance with Solvency II and CAA standards.
* Contributing to risk opinions on significant business and operational developments.
Risk Control:
* Implementing the risk management framework at the level of operational policies, processes, and procedures, according to CAA standards.
* Maintaining an effective internal control framework to prevent, detect incidents, and avoid excessive risk-taking.
* Ensuring adherence to the Risk Appetite framework and control tolerances.
* Providing recommendations to strengthen the control environment.
Operational Incidents:
* Ensuring quick and efficient responses to operational incidents.
* Tracking remediation actions and reporting progress.
* Reporting outstanding incidents to management and governance bodies.
Risk Reporting:
* Reporting on risk management activities to management and governance bodies.
* Monitoring internal controls over activities, both internal and outsourced.
* Enhancing the risk dashboard's depth and relevance.
