As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Mid-Level PHP Developer to join our development team.
The Role: As a PHP Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our core e-commerce platform.
You'll work alongside a highly skilled team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features, optimize existing systems, and ensure our platform remains scalable and secure as we grow.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using PHP (primarily Laravel or Symfony frameworks).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Maintain and improve existing codebase with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and support continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements: 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
Strong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Good knowledge of version control systems, ideally Git.
Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have: Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic web applications.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
