HR Manager Job Description
Drumlin House is a non-for-profit organization providing day services to adults with intellectual disabilities, including those with autism.
The demand for our service continues to grow, and we are seeking an HR Manager to lead our staff recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the HR function, providing guidance to management and staff.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
* Foster employee retention through new employee onboarding and wellbeing initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and HSE standards.
The successful candidate will have a third-level qualification in HR or Business Administration and at least three years' HR experience, including two years in a management role. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice is essential.
