About the Role
This is a key position in our Cybersecurity team, focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM). As a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's CIAM policies, standards, and technical specifications are robust and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer IAM related policies, standards, and technical standards.
* Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CIAM.
* Manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
* Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between business and IT teams on CIAM matters to ensure solutions meet standards.
Requirements:
* Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
* Knowledge of Customer IAM processes in procedures in one or more business model.
* Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with metric creation and analysis.
* Strong knowledge of CIAM platforms and tools.
