HSQE professionals play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental integrity of projects across multiple sectors. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team of dedicated experts in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
The HSQE Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental performance within their portfolio. They will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* To act as the primary point of contact for all HSQE related matters
* Ensure integrated management systems are effectively implemented and monitored on-site
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses and other adverse events
* Report monthly data on key performance indicators (KPIs)
In order to achieve these goals, candidates must possess strong leadership skills and experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Degree or diploma level qualification in Health & Safety or equivalent recognized by relevant authorities
