The services WFL provide range from full 'design and build' turnkey packages to installation, fit-out, maintenance and 24-hour on-call services.Your new roleThe role of the Electrical Site Supervisor is to support the organisation and co-ordination of site-based activities and to lead and co-ordinate teams of Electrical Engineering trade professionals on site. The Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for tracking and recording daily site activities and progress. They will lead their teams to deliver to quality, on time and to budget in a safe and efficient manner. The project is a CAT-A commercial fitout in Dublin 3. This is a fast-paced environment, and the person will play a vital part in the smooth-running of the project.In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:Management of day-to-day site operationsCoordinating site activities to ensure work is completed on timeEnsuring plant materials onsite meet agreed specificationsManaging Quality Control against approved benchmarksManaging subcontractor activities, including progress tracking and damage noticesParticipating in look-ahead meetings and subcontractor meetingsLiaising with health and safety to ensure work is completed safelyStaying abreast with housekeeping and material storage managementLiaising with clients and departmental managers for timely delivery and effective handoverReporting to Direct Line Contracts ManagerWhat you need to succeedStrong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken EnglishTrade-qualified or construction-related qualification2+ years' experience on a large-scale project as an Electrical Project Manager or other supervisory roleStrong organisation and management skillsAbility to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlinesAbility to manage and prioritise tasksInterpersonal skills with willingness to work independently and as part of a wider site teamPay Range and Compensation Package:You will be paid at a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour. These are typically paid for 40 hours per week, and you will be paid for any overtime hours worked. This comes out to approximately 70k to 90k when converted to an annual salary. This is open to PAYE and self-employed workers.
