Project Manager Position Overview
Project Management Expertise Required
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects from sales order to completion, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with clients and teams.
* Engage with clients to finalize project specifications and plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
* Liaise with production, purchasing, and other departments to maintain schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage installations, prioritize progress, and ensure resource allocation matches project speed and quality expectations.
* Prepare surveys, drawings, and notes, and obtain client sign-off, maintaining a high level of commercial awareness and attention to detail.
* Order stock and labor as needed, subcontracting if required, and communicate clearly with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Inspect and sign off on works, ensuring compliance and quality, and manage valuations, invoicing, and support accounts until payment is received.
* Guide and support staff on-site, providing resources for success and promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 35 years of experience in project or contracts management, with a focus on scheduling technicians and achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency.
