This position sits within a highly automated, high-volume environment where leadership, reliability and continuous improvement are essential.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Engineer:Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities with a strong focus on electrical systems
Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team and support junior engineers
Diagnose complex electrical faults, carry out high-level repairs and drive root-cause analysis
Oversee improvement projects, contribute to equipment upgrades and influence long-term engineering strategy
Work closely with operations to ensure safety, reliability and optimal performance across all automated assets
Requirements for the Senior Maintenance Engineer:Advanced electrical fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Proven experience in automated, logistics, warehousing or FMCG environments
Relevant electrical or mechatronics qualification
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor others in a fast-paced 24/7 operation
