Join our fabulous team at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa as a Chef de Partie. The role aims to ensure all guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent food. The salary for this role is €34,000 gross per annum based on a 39 hour week.

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion was built in 1764 and is part of the Windward Management portfolio. Role & Responsibilities
* Work alongside our team of chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
* Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy kitchen.
* Must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts and public holidays.
