We are currently looking for a full-time senior administrator to join the fund operations team within our AIFM.

Main Responsibilities And Duties
* Member of the operations team, provide support to the operations team management.
* NAV sign off with input from the JTC Global AIFM Solutions team.
* Project management leader of new client funds take-on for the firm.
* Annual and ongoing oversight of all fund service providers including depository, custodian, fund administrator, investment managers, investment advisers and independent valuers.
* Overseeing client fund audits.
* Co-ordination of production by all parties for fund board meetings reports.
* Co-ordination of Service Providers SLA’s and monitoring service levels in line with agreed KPIs.
* Oversight of fund regulatory returns.
* Compliance administration for all funds.
* Work closely with compliance to ensure appropriate operational processes and internal controls are in place & adhered to on an ongoing basis.
* Review of service provider reporting.
Essential Requirements
* Fund accounting and/or Fund NAV sign off.
* Fund take-on.
* Oversight of fund service providers.
* Overseeing SLA delivery.
* Investment management operations experience.
* Relationship management skills with keen focus on client service.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
* Teamwork.
