Lead Management Role for a High-Volume Venue
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills to take on a key position in a dynamic bar and venue in Dublin.
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
* Oversee bar, floor, and event operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
* Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
* Act as Deputy General Manager when required.
o Key Requirements:
o Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment.
o Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
o Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
o A solid understanding of stock control, labour management, and profit and loss statements.
o The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills.
o Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, late nights, and weekends.
