To attend training sessions and to follow all standards of procedures (SOP) as set out by the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager
To do all possible to develop & maintain the experience of the guest at Ballynahinch Castle Hotel while upholding the values and goals of the hotel.
Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Team in serving and assisting guests and ensuring that the highest possible standards are maintained at all times.
Experienced staff will be offered opportunity and progression.
