We are currently recruiting for a full-time Maintenance Staff Member to join our team.This is a highly autonomous proactive role that requires a person who is both organised and hands on and includes traveling to community houses across Meath and Louth performing planned maintenance tasks Duties may include (but are not restricted to): General property repairs and maintenance to include painting and minor plumbing repairs and repairs to fixtures and fittings General gardening and outdoor maintenance Moving loads Be part of On Call team for out of hours work Essential Qualities: Full driving licence Flexible with a can-do attitude Good time management Excellent communication skills with fluent English Can follow direct instructions Can deliver a high level of service in a confident and professional manner Strong attention to detail Painting & Decorating skills General Building skills Basic Plumbing skills desirable Experience of repair / replace equipment or appliances desirable Post will be subject to satisfactory references, medical and Garda vetting.
