Key Responsibilities:
* Manage face-to-face, telephone, and email queries efficiently and empathetically.
* Coordinate clinic schedules, theatre bookings, and ensure optimal utilization.
* Collect patient payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily accounts.
* Process billing and invoicing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain clear, efficient, and up-to-date filing systems.
* Produce medical reports and distribute them to referring GPs and consultants.
* Contribute to operational improvements, audit initiatives, and patient safety projects.
* Cover colleagues during periods of leave and contribute to cross-functional support.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Strong background in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience working in a healthcare, clinic, or medical administrative setting.
* Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
* Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
