Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading and fast-growing professional services firm in Dublin city, currently seeking an experienced Billing & Revenue Controller to join their dynamic team.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.This firm has gone through significant growth in recent years and continues to scale with ambitious plans for the near future.To support this momentum, they have created a key Billing & Revenue Controllerposition that will play a central part in strengthening billing, revenue and financial operations across the business.This newly created position will suit a finance professional ideally with Elite 3 E experience who wants more ownership, visibility and progression within a modern and ambitious firm.The Role Manage the full billing cycle for the office, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant and issued on time.Maintain and update high-quality master data in the practice management system, including new client and matter setup.Take ownership of credit control activity, working to reduce aged receivables and improve overall cash collection.Act as a central finance point of contact, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.Provide support across broader finance operations such as AP queries, GL coding, expenses and month-end processes.Offer training and guidance to colleagues on billing procedures, time recording, WIP and system best practices.Contribute to reporting requirements and play an active role in enhancing processes and improving system efficiency.The Candidate 2+ years experience in a billing or revenue role within professional services, ideally with Elite 3 E.Strong understanding of billing, VAT, credit control and multi-entity or intercompany billing.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines during busy billing periods.High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and confidence working with finance systems.
