Role: Administrator Contract: Permanent Location: Sandyford, Dublin Parking available Start date: ASAP Model: Hybrid working Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support.
Maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Diary management for C-Suite employees.
Coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Liaise with service providers and external contacts.
Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and couriers.
Requirements Positive can do attitude.
Eager to learn and thrive in an office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
