Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue project opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Develop strategic plans for the business unit, working closely with leadership to create specific market sector and customer level plans aligned with group directives.
* Lead the development of an overall win strategy, considering factors such as solution delivery, target cost, margin, and offer price to ensure profitability and commercial competitiveness.
* Prepare annual tactical plans, including budget and execution plans, in collaboration with regional and global business unit leadership.
* Provide input to marketing and technical groups on marketing and sales plans, recommending product and territorial opportunities, representing the company at industry events, and promoting its values and offerings.
* Foster a positive and ethical work climate, attracting, retaining, and motivating top-quality employees from diverse backgrounds.
* Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to deliver compliant proposal submissions on time.
* Develop presentation strategies, materials, and visuals, coordinating and critiquing rehearsals and presentations.
Showcase Your Expertise
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent vocational qualifications or craft experience.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in business acquisition.
* Experience working for or with a large EPC company.
