Nolan Warehousing & Logistics Ltd is part of the Nolan Group - headquartered in New Ross, Co. Wexford. Established in 1963, the business employees more than 1,000 employees, operates a fleet of 2,700 asset owned transport units and transports in excess of 100,000 freight loads annually. Our Warehousing Logistics Park in Drinagh, can currently store 25,000 pallets in high bay, very narrow isle racking, suitable for pharmaceutical and high value goods distribution. Complete with 3,000 square meters of office space the facility is fully EDI and SAP compliant and operates a bespoke computerized Warehouse Management System. Nolan Warehousing & Logistics Ltd is now commencing Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the development. Due to our expansion, we are now recruitingfor the role of Administration Assistantto join the office administration team. This role will suit someone who has excellent organisational skills and enjoys working in a busy administration environment. The Role: Data inputting and working with online systems Scanning and filing of documents in a timely and efficient manner Preparation of relevant reports Responding to customer queries and delivering an exceptional standard of customer care Partaking in team meetings Other ad hoc administration duties The ideal candidate will; Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy Possess competency in computer skills Outlook, Word, Excel Be a confident communicator Have the ability to prioritise and follow-up Be capable of working on their own initiative Qualifications & Experience: Business Related Degree qualification or Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration Similar administrative experience is essential This is a full time, permanent role based in Drinagh,. Office hours of 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. Competitive salary attractive on offer for the successful candidate.
