This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and proven leadership ability to grow within a dynamic 4-star resort.Objective of the RoleReporting to the Revenue Manager, the Reservations Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring that all guest enquiries and bookings are managed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of customer care. The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting the team to achieve sales targets, maintain service excellence, and uphold brand standards across all communication channels.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the Reservations team in managing all guest bookings for bedrooms, dining, spa, and golf facilities.Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and in line with company standards and procedures.Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, packages, and pricing to potential guests.Maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling of hotel services and promotions.Monitor daily performance and ensure service consistency across all team members.Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Revenue, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly.Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required by management.Maintain detailed knowledge of all hotel services, room types, rates, and special offers.RequirementsPrevious experience in a hotel reservations or front office role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader capacity.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Proficient in hotel property management systems (e.g., Hotsoft, guestline or similar).Strong IT literacy, including MS Office applications.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A professional, friendly, and proactive approach to both guests and colleagues.Flexibility to work 5 days over a 7-day operation, with availability for occasional weekend shifts.Hybrid work availableBenefitsCompetitive salary packageCareer progression opportunities within the Cusack Hotel GroupStaff discounts on accommodation, dining, and spa treatmentsFree parking and meals on dutySupportive and engaging work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €16.50 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programEmployee discountGym membershipOn-site gymOn-site parkingStore discountWork from homeWork Location: In person
