About the Role
* Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and desserts
* Support and mentor junior pastry chefs
* Maintain top hygiene and HACCP standards
* Contribute creative ideas to menus
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in a similar 4 or 5‑star hotel or fine dining role
* Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
* Passionate, creative, and organised team player
