Senior Consultant – Business Transformation
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Business Transformation to join its dynamic and growing Customer & Digital practice. This is a unique opportunity to help leading organisations reimagine their customer-facing functions by delivering cutting-edge transformation across CX strategy, operating models, digital solutions, marketing, sales and service. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading customer technology engagements, supporting CRM and digital solution design and implementation
* Managing and facilitating agile and hybrid delivery projects
* Conducting workshops to gather, prioritise and document business and user requirements
* Designing and optimising business processes using Lean and process mapping techniques
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting product and solution strategy
* Driving innovation in customer-facing services and digital touchpoints
* Supporting implementation of CRM platforms and emerging technologies such as AI
* Translating customer insights and data into actionable strategies
Your Background & Experience:
* 4–5 years of experience in customer experience, product ownership, or technology-led transformation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Working knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Martech, CPQ and customer analytics
* Background in Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
* Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio) and agile collaboration platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps)
* Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and support business decision-making through data-driven insights
* Prior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a similar role is highly desirable
