Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in a full-time, hybrid position based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Senior Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and land surveys, utilizing advanced surveying tools and techniques such as total stations. Responsibilities also include ensuring high accuracy in measurement and mapping, preparing detailed survey reports, and collaborating with relevant teams on building and infrastructure projects to meet client needs and project deadlines.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques
* Proficiency in Control Network establishment
* Experience with Total Station operation and applications
* Strong skills in Building Surveying and general Surveying practices
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
* Solid understanding of industry regulations and best practices
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field
* Professional certification or membership in a relevant surveying association is a plus
