Senior Project Planner Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to lead the planning management function for our group of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting standards for planning and project controls, reviewing the function regularly in the preconstruction and construction phases, and developing a consistent approach.
* Develop baseline contract programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Prepare construction programmes highlighting areas of improvement against the contract programme.
* Maintain electronic files and administration of planning and programme documents.
* Provide all programme information required to support the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record working with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on live projects.
* Extensive knowledge of UK and EU legal frameworks, especially contract management.
* Experience managing planning teams.
* Relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
* Certification in planning and programme software.
