As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live independent lives within their own communities.
* You will collaborate with Service Users to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
* Build relationships with community partners to promote active citizenship and foster a sense of belonging among Service Users.
* Provide safe and reliable transportation for Service Users to access community resources.
* Assume key worker responsibilities, including administrative tasks, advocacy, communication with families, and the development and implementation of personalized plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant QQI qualification (Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent), have experience working with individuals in the disability sector, be over 18 years old, hold a full clean manual driving license, and exhibit excellent English language skills.
