Cliff at Lyons, a luxury country retreat located in the heart of County Kildare, is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Bartender with a strong emphasis on cocktail crafting to join our vibrant bar team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, creating and serving exceptional cocktails, and providing an outstanding guest experience in an elegant and relaxed environment. Your expertise in mixology, paired with your leadership skills, will help elevate the drink experience for our guests, ensuring their visit is nothing short of exceptional.
