Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor (5+ PQE)
€85k+ DOE + bonus
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a well established and growing general practice firm in Dublin, following an increase in new instructions across its Property and Private Client offering. The firm has a strong pipeline of work and is now seeking an experienced solicitor to play a key role in the growth of the firm.
You will workacross residential and commercial conveyancing, together with probate and estate administration matters. The role offers direct client engagement, autonomy in managing files, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the practice within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
You will be involved in:
* Leading residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Managing probate files, including estate administration and complex probate matters.
* Handling a high volume workload while maintaining high standards of service and turnaround times.
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's reputation for high quality delivery.
The Person
To be successful, you will bring:
* 5+ PQE
within a general practice or similar environment.
* Strong experience in both
Conveyancing
(residential and commercial) and
Probate
.
* Proven ability to independently manage files and a busy caseload.
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
* Confidence in leading transactions and engaging with clients directly.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and positive approach to work.
