Job Purpose
The Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality service and contribute to the restaurant's success.
Contract Details
40 hours per week, across 4 days, with 11-hour shifts and a 1-hour unpaid break.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers professionally.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
* Provide menu recommendations and answer questions.
* Serve food and drinks timely.
* Attend to guests' needs during their dining experience.
* Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues.
* Process payments accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
* Assist with setting and clearing tables, restocking supplies.
* Report hazards or concerns immediately to the manager.
Qualifications
* Experience in food service preferred but not required.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for handling payments.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Additional Information
