We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who likes to work in a competitive and multinational environment. You will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for the entire range of Particle Measuring Systems products and services in Ireland.
What You Will Do
Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential clients.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Prepare quotations, technical submissions, and solution designs where required.
Present and negotiate solutions to customers while delivering commercial value.
Demonstrate portable equipment including air and liquid particle counters and active air samplers.
Organise trade fairs, marketing activities, and customer visits.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and other trade shows and networking events.
Stay up to date with industry guidance, regulations, and any changes in these.
Monitor competitor activity and developments.
Prepare reporting as needed.
Undertake additional tasks to ensure the growth of both PMS Ireland and the PMS global business (MarCom activity).
Key Requirements
Excellent selling and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, proactivity and attention to detail.
Confidence in public speaking and client‑facing presentations, with a professional presence at conferences and industry events.
Ability to translate technical understanding into commercial value propositions that align with customer needs.
Understanding of cleanrooms and contamination control would be beneficial.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Ability to work autonomously from a home‑based office or while visiting customers (80%).
Ability to bring creativity and innovation to the team, improve performance, and spur change.
