Receptionist (Part-Time, Permanent) – Dr Eva's Clinics (Loughlinstown, Dublin 18)
Dr Eva's Clinics are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Loughlinstown (Dublin 18). This is a part-time, permanent position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and dealing with patient/customer queries
* Booking appointments and managing schedules
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM and payment systems
* Assisting with stock control
* Packing online orders
* Providing sales support and general administrative assistance
* Filing and organising patient records
* Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
* At least 1 year's experience in a busy office/administration environment (required)
* Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* A genuine interest in health and wellbeing
Full training will be provided.
Role Details
* Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
* Location: In-person – Loughlinstown, Dublin 18
* Schedule: Flexitime, 5 days per week, may include 1 Saturday per month
