Job Description:
We are seeking a commercially savvy, innovative and inspiring Revenue Manager to join our revenue team. Based at our hub for revenue & reservations, you will lead strategy for one or more of our landmark properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute revenue strategies that drive performance across your hotels.
* Analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends – then act quickly to optimise results.
* Promote pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
* Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
* Oversee group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and impact.
* Lead and inspire the revenue team, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are best-in-class.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A commercially minded revenue leader with proven hotel revenue management experience. Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the agility to shift gears in a fast-paced environment. Natural collaborator who thrives on building relationships across multiple hotels. Ambitious, motivated, and excited to play a key role in driving business growth.
