Ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a positive work culture.Duties and Responsibilities:Setting up of New Starters on company's IT System.Collection and filling of all relevant New Starter compliance documentation in association with the onboarding process.Maintenance of the company's Time and Attendance System in advance of payroll.Liaising with Branch Managers, Branch Administrators and Employees to resolve any time and attendance queries in advance of payroll.Tracking and managing of any absence records, i.e. sick leaveProviding Weekly reports for Payroll and HR.Notifying the Payroll Department of any Leavers and relevant Holiday Entitlements.Recruitment, posting of job advertisements on the company's recruitment platform in collaboration with Branch Managers.Maintaining personnel records and updating databases.Use of the company's software filling system.Maintaining employee training records.Liaising with the Health & Safety department.Preparing of employee Contracts and letters.Recording and processing of confidential information, maintaining secure and accurate employee records.Staying up to date with employment legislation to ensure compliance.Other duties as required by business needs.Requirements:Qualification in Human Resources or relevant degree.Previous experience working in a similar role.Excellent communication both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.Experience with data entry and thorough attention to detail.Excellent organisation and administrative skills.Knowledge of employment legislation.Ability to work on own initiative.Benefits22 Days Annual Leave.Pension.Staff Discount.Parking.Job Type: PermanentHours: 40 Hours, Monday to FridayHPC Sales Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer
