Description One of our busy offices in south Dublin is seeking a part-qualified accountant to join their growing team.
Based near Kimmage, the office supports a wide client portfolio with professional accounting and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities Assist the accounts team on a variety of accounts, from planning to completion Identify any accounting matters, deal with them where appropriate, and refer complex matters to managers and partners Compile management accounts from incomplete records Liaise directly with clients ensuring timely delivery of services and manage the relationship professionally Resolve client queries and plan workloads effectively Use Excel spreadsheets to present and analyze key information Ensure client files are organized and up to date with new information and key changes Perform accounts preparation work on complex clients Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work and, where appropriate, tax planning Prepare VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and perform other ad hoc tasks Key Requirements Part-qualified/qualified ACCA or ACA with a minimum of 2 years' accounts preparation experience in a similar role.
