Social Care Administrator
At this role, you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of Service Users by providing administrative support to Management Teams and relevant Departmental Functions.
1. Maintain accurate Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with Key Workers/PIC/Deputy Managers.
2. Evaluate daily progress through regular key working sessions & behavioral checks.
