* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze Product Data and Sales: Track and analyze sales, waste, and shrink data to identify areas for improvement.
* Sanitation and Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with all sanitation, safety, and food handling regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Seasonal Promotional Execution: Assist in the execution of promotional plans and merchandising directives.
* Report Operational Concerns: Escalate operational concerns and equipment maintenance needs to management as necessary.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in produce operations, grocery retail, or food handling.
* Strong knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
* Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements to optimize efficiency.
