Test Lead (Dublin) My client is a large financial services company who is looking for an experienced Test Lead who specialises in working across all phases of the SDLC, and leading a team of testers to success. This role will be a 12 month contract, hybrid working (mostly remote) and offers a negotiable daily rate starting at €500 per day depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation Liaise with other managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process Requirements: At least 5 years' experience within a management/ Lead role Minimum 7 years experience within software testing In depth knowledge of software testing principles/ tools and experience of working within various methodologies.
