Senior Behaviour Therapist Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Behaviour Therapist to join our Specialist Behaviour Support Team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support across Day Services, Community and Residential settings for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement behaviour support plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Provide expert advice on positive behaviour support strategies to colleagues and stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough assessments of individual needs and develop tailored interventions.
Requirements:
* 5 years' full-time experience in the area of Intellectual Disability.
* Level 8 qualification in a health or social care-related area with professional registration.
* Minimum 1 year's experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
* QQI Level 9 (or higher) qualification relevant to the specialist area.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks.
* Full driving licence and access to own transport.
