About Colden Care Colden Care provides Residential Care Services for Separated Children Seeking International Protection. Established to meet the growing needs of TUSLA – the Child and Family Agency, our organisation delivers safe, regulated, and compassionate care to young people who arrive in Ireland alone.
Our mission is to provide a nurturing, inclusive, and empowering environment where every young person feels safe, respected, and supported as they adjust to life in a new country.
Now recruiting for the following positions:
Deputy Centre Manager
Minimum Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification (e.g., Social Work, Social Science, Psychology, Youth and Community Work).
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children or young people in a Children’s Residential Centre.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Social Care Workers (Full-Time & Relief)
Minimum Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification such as:
Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
Youth & Community Work
Social Work / Social Science
Family Support
Disability Studies
Applied Behavioural Analysis
Teaching or Nursing
BA in Applied Policing
Experience supporting Separated Children Seeking International Protection or other vulnerable young people.
Full driver’s licence.
Skills in trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care.
