No two days are the same - from creative activities and outings to developing independent living skills and advocating for individuals, you'll be helping each person reach their full potential.Person specificationA FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care/ Healthcare or relevant qualification- all 8 modules completed.Motivated, compassionate, and energetic team players.A strong commitment to empowering individuals through a person-centred approach.Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.Knowledge of the New Directions framework.Experience supporting people with Autism One year experience working in the area of Intellectual Dissability is desiribleA full driving licence is a distinct advantageOpenness to providing supports across a variety of activities. Please note: All job offers are subject to two successful references, ongoing Garda Vetting and a satisfactory pre-employment medical.Salary will be paid as per the HSE consolidated pay scales of Care assistant (ID).
