Key Agricultural Sales Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will involve working closely with farmers and agricultural businesses across Ireland.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new agricultural clients.
* Travel to current customer accounts and potential new client sites to promote and sell our range of agricultural products and hygiene solutions.
* Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers to ensure effective use of the products.
* Conduct on-site visits, trials, and training sessions to educate customers about the benefits of our products.
* Research the market to identify new sales opportunities and share insights with internal teams.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and agricultural fairs to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
Requirements:
* Background in Agricultural Science, Dairying, Chemistry, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in technical or agricultural sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
