Job Description Job Summary: For our Partner Re Dublin office, we are looking for a Life & Health Senior Accountant, L&H FP&A to join our team, reporting to the Head of L&H FP&A Consolidation, Projects & Processes.
You will be part of an energetic global team supporting Partner Re L&H Business Units across the world, including Dublin, Paris, Hong Kong, Bermuda, and Toronto.

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong individual with an avid interest in data and report management and at least 5 years post-graduate relevant business experience.
You possess strong attention to detail and are skilled at handling practical data sets so that questions posed by the business can be addressed quickly.
You enjoy collaborating with globally located teams and are seeking a challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced international environment.
About The Role Data Warehouse / Report Management: Prepare and ensure accuracy of detailed production and financial data sets to be used by L&H management, the Partner Re Group and Partner Re Legal Entities.
Maintain, support and modify the operational reporting processes of the L&H data repository and other reporting templates to reflect current and evolving business requirements, ensuring consistency among reports.
Ensure documentation of procedures and processes is continuously updated.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests and other deliverables.
Quarterly And Annual Closing Process Maintain, update and issue templates used for quarterly management reports, including Operations Review, Audit Committee, Production, etc.
Prepare and distribute quarter-end control reports and reconciliations.
Planning Assist in the production of reports and templates for use by L&H reporting team in planning and analysis, including Financial Plan and Production Plan.
Other Assist with existing and future projects.
Identify and implement process efficiencies.
Qualifications Technical Skills Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel required (e.g.
Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/AND functions, Power Query).
Experience with tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, People Soft, and Salesforce a plus.
Behavioral Compentencies Fluency in English.
High attention to detail.
Take ownership in delivering high quality work within deadlines.
Excellent communication, highly organized, and supportive team player.
Openness for continuous improvement and can-do attitude.
Work Experience And Education Minimum of 5 years finance-related experience, with focus on reporting and data management.
Life reinsurance or Life insurance knowledge a plus.
Primary degree or Masters qualification in Accounting or Finance Qualified Accountant or actively working towards qualification.
