Barden are delighted to be exclusively engaged by a successful Irish Family Office, looking to hire a Financial Controller based in Dublin.This role will suit a qualified accountant with 5+years PQEworking in adynamic SME environment, who enjoys variety, autonomy, anddirect engagement with senior stakeholders.About the RoleManage the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for family office entities.Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting processes.Prepare consolidated and audit-ready financial statements in a timely manner.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and investment managers.Contribute to investment performance reporting and ad hoc analysis.About YouQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE .Proven experience in an SME or family office environment (or similar structure).Has had direct exposure to Shareholders and/or Owners.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
