The Role

Food & Beverage Supervisors
to join our team in
The Carriage House
.
Open to both residents and non-residents, The Carriage House welcomes guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and for breakfast from Friday to Sunday.
Located just a three-minute walk from the Manor House, this beautifully restored venue offers stunning views across the estate and delivers a dining experience defined by effortless luxury and relaxed elegance.
By day, it provides the perfect setting to unwind between estate activities and enjoy refined, light dining.
By evening, it transforms into a vibrant and welcoming destination where guests savour exceptional cuisine and enjoy drinks on the terrace as dusk settles over the estate.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team
Ensure the highest standards of service are delivered at all times
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve excellence
Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalised service
Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
The Ideal Candidate
Previous supervisory experience in a high-end hospitality environment
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A positive, proactive, and professional approach
