As Junior Production Manager, you will lead a high-performing production team in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for hitting production targets while ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-tier product quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the production team to consistently meet output and quality targets. Promote and uphold best practices in safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Criteria: Minimum 2 years' leadership or management experience in food manufacturing, production, or quality. A relevant 3rd-level qualification (essential) - this will provide the foundation for the continuous development and training you'll receive. Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable. Strong initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. A solid understanding of food production processes and compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
