Role: Travel Sales Exec (French-speaking)

This position of a multilingual (French English) Travel Sales Exec needs someone that is well organised, self-motivated, with the ability to manage customer expectations in a pressurised environment. You must possess strong communication and customer service skills, and are enthusiastic about hitting sales targets, helping to contribute towards Team and Office Bonuses.
The position is for 35 hours per week across 5 days from Monday to Saturday.
Essential Requirements
* Bi-lingual with fluent English and French
* Able to answer sales calls (in both English French) from customers in a courteous manner in line with company guidelines.
* Participate fully in the acquisition of new business via outbound calls/emails/letters.
* Have excellent written skills and manage complex group bookings and sales administration duties including customer emails.
* Have a good knowledge of our travel service offering and be able to assist customers who may require assistance.
* Provide translation services for our English website sales and promotional content from English into French
* Display excellent Customer Service with the ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills including effective listening and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Office based with some hybrid working opportunity. Must have the right to work in the Ireland

* To understand and have a reasonable knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Web Chat etc.)
Salary: €27,000 - €29,000 D.O.E. + O.T.C.
