Key Responsibilities


The role of a Facilities Coordinator involves ensuring the efficient management of building services, regulatory compliance and tenant requirements.


* Manage and monitor various building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations.
* Login log maintenance requests via an app-based system to track progress.
* Cordinate support contractors carrying out repairs servicing or project works on site.

Tenant Liaison(w5)
The role will also be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with tenants. The facilities coordinator will need strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: 
* Managing on-site co-working facilities hot desking meeting room spaces where available.
