We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic sales member to join our team. As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling all products through in-store and online platforms, managing administrative aspects of sales, customer service, social media management, repair requests, monitoring stock, and accepting customer payments.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell all products through in-store and online platforms.
* Manage administrative aspects of sales, including customer service and social media management.
* Handle repair requests and monitor stock levels.
* Process customer payments efficiently.
Requirements
* Ability to work weekdays and during busy periods like Christmas - evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be available to work at least 2 days a week.
* A background in electronic or telecom sales is preferred but not essential.
* Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
* Computer literacy is required.
* Ability to integrate and work as part of a sales team.
* Ability to manage all administrative and customer care duties.
* Ability to keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
* Knowledge of Social Media for business use.
