My client, with a beautiful high-calibre showroom in South Dublin, is recruiting a personable, bubbly, and energetic Showroom Salesperson to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any sales associate coming from a one-to-one, consultative retail sales environment.
Most importantly, the Showroom Sales Consultant must demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service, coupled with the drive to achieve their sales targets.
As a Tile & Flooring Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their individual needs, providing expert guidance and inspiration as you lead them through a personalised showroom experience.
Salary: Up to €50k (negotiable, depending on experience), plus 10% commission and free lunch on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities for the Showroom Salesperson – Tile & Flooring
1. Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
2. Actively listen to customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
3. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations that reflect the customer's budget and requirements.
4. Promote the full range of products, including upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
5. Follow up on quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales and build long-term customer relationships.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage order timelines and ensure seamless delivery.
7. Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and support with merchandising displays as required.
8. Adhere to all company procedures and operational guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
