Salesperson FRS Recruitment Location: Kerry Working Hours: Mon-Friday 9-6pm Salary: €33k - €35k + Commission Our client, an established Kerry based motor dealership is seeking a Salesperson to join their sales Salesperson will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, while maintaining a deep understanding of the dealership's products, financing options, and aftersales services.
Responsibilities: Engage and assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and present product features and finance options.
Negotiate prices, prepare documentation, and close sales.
Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and automotive trends.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in automotive or retail sales.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proven sales performance and strong communication skills.
Professional, self-motivated, and target driven.
Salary will be in line with experience.
