Occupational Therapist Role
This dynamic service is seeking a Staff grade Occupational Therapist to join the Community Mental Health team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality OT assessments and interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions.
* Manage caseload, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programmes.
* Supervise staff, prioritise work, promote positive morale, and teamwork.
* Lead service planning, anticipate changing needs, and supervise junior staff.
